Caryn is a friend of mine from school. She is starting up her photography business. She has an amazing eye for great pictures. We were so excited when we found out she was going to take our maternity photos. Here are my favorite ones.

32 Week Appt

I had my 32 week appointment on Friday. Daddy Chris even got to go the the appointment with me. He is on vacation:) Everything looks good! Baby Graham has done some much flipping and turning he is now heads down. Yippee! Now he just needs to stay that way. The midwife thinks he weighs about 3 1/2 - 4 lbs. I know he is gaining weight. I can really feel it in my tummy. I go to the doctor every 2 weeks now and then once a week from 37 weeks on. I can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone by. It will be over before we know it.

My baby shower was on Saturday. It was amazing. Thank you so much Amanda and Marsha for all your hardwork putting everything together. I love all the wonderful gifts! It is super exciting celebrating with everyone. Here are a few pics of the loot.

This is a diaper bag with Graham monogrammed on it. You can't really see the name in this pic but it is cute!

Celebrate

Chris turned 31 today. Happy Brithday, Daddy!

We went out to dinner at Scalini's to celebrate. I ate mostly garlic rolls. They are the best! We spent most of dinner discussing what we thought Baby Graham was going to look like and which one of us he would be most like. We both agree on lots of dark hair but we have no idea about the rest. Time is going by so fast. We get more and more excited about Graham's arrival everyday. It's not too far away. I am 29 weeks today. Only 11 weeks to go.

I passed my glucose test. No gestational diabetes for me. Woot!

Name Game

Chris and I have been discussing names since before we found out I was pregnant. We have finally come to a consensus on Bambino's name. Graham was Chris' grandfather's middle name and Edwards was my maiden name. So he will be Graham Edward.

Now I will have to come up with a new header for the blog. He is no longer Bambino.

First Labor and Delivery Visit

Unfortunately I had to go to labor and delivery this afternoon. A lady ran the red light and hit me on the back driver's side of the car. She hit me hard enough to spin me around in the intersection. I was scared to death. I felt ok but called my Dr. to make sure everything was ok. They told me to come in for monitoring.

We spent about 4 hours in labor and delivery. They monitored Bambino's heartrate, which they couldn't find at first. That feaked both Chris and I out. Once the nurse found the heartbeat it sounded good and strong but he kept moving around. The nurse had to move the monitors several times to keep up with him. No contractions were detected which was great news! I will be spending the next few days just relaxing and letting Chris wait on me hand and foot:) I really hope I don't have to go back to L&D before this little guy has finished baking.
